Skills you will be learning
Making a customized nutrition plan for the purpose of one’s lifestyle and wellness.
Requirements for applying
1. Know how to build rapport with the client.
2. Know how to ask right questions to ask clients.
3. Know how to simplify nutrition for the clients.
4. Know how to break down the types of macronutrients.
5. Know how to read the body composition test.
6. Know how to read and interpret blood test results.
7. Know how to use the info given to make a nutrition plan.
